Are Eggs Really a Breakfast Food?

More often than not, eggs are scrambled or fried for breakfast without question. So, are eggs really a breakfast food? Or are they a flexible source protein and amino acids? Bacon tends to be eaten on burgers, in salads, and it even has it’s own sandwich (BLT)! However, as soon as eggs are inserted into any type of meal, it’s breakfast for dinner.

“It honestly depends on what type of eggs that are being made,” said Ruth Brown, senior at CMHS. “If you are making an omelet or fried eggs, then they’re a breakfast food,” she concluded. So, what are your thoughts? Are eggs flexible or are they just bland morning food?
