No, the juul epidemic hasn’t changed much at all most students who do use the E-cigs say that as long as they are around they will keep on using them. Most people only know the bright side of Juul’s like were it “helps you stop smoking”,  but they don’t know that they can cause irreversible lung problems and popcorn lung. they also make you very vulnerable to pneumonia and cause you to have a very bad case of smokers cough. these devices need to be restricted better in high schools across the country.
