New Years Resolutions

2020 is almost here and we all know that everyone gonna be saying this and that for their new years resolution, but are you really gonna stick with it? Why do people decide that they have to make a change when it becomes a new year?

In my opinion, if you aren’t motivated enough to make the change at any point in a year or month or whatever, then you aren’t going to have motivation and dedication because it’s January. However, it is said that if you do something for 27 days in a row before it becomes a habit. Keep that in mind this year, guys. If you push through until January 27th it will feel normal or routine afterwards. Don’t give up this year. STICK WITH IT!
