They can vary from intense fat burning cardio to ab workouts. There are also tutorials for yoga and stretching exercises. YouTube also has thirty day workout videos that you can do to lose a certain amount of weight in one month. In addition, if you are not interested in following a video tutorial you can always go for a run or a walk outside. As long as you are staying active you will maintain a healthy weight. Overall, it is important to have at least an hour or thirty minutes of activity each day.
