Hitting a PR( Personal Record) is something very special to gym bros. It shows dedication and that you go on beyond other people. For the most part there is three main PR’s. Deadlifts, bench press, and squat. Deadlifts is when you bend your legs about 90 degrees with gripping the bar and then pulling through your legs. Squat is when you bend your legs all the way that your butt almost touches the ground. Last but not least is the Bench Press and that is when you have the barbell over your chest and then you let it come down and touch your chest.
